Purpose of Appeal
I am appealing the Correction Notice regarding the order to Cease Parking on Unapproved Surface. I would ask that the residents be allowed to park behind the house until the improvement to the surface can be made. The owner is therefore asking for an extension of time until July 15, 2014 to complete the resurfacing of this lot.
I am appealing the October 3, 2013 inspection correction notice, item #1 which lists the need to paint.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Pete Lehner to a Correction Notice Re-Inspection Complaint at 80 CLEVELAND AVENUE NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until January 1, 2014 for everything on the Order except for the lot resurfacing which is granted until June 15, 2014; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
