WHEREAS, the Taxicab Vehicle license for Cab #2236 held by Mark C. Redd d/b/a Town Taxi & Transportation (License ID #20120002128) for the City of Saint Paul was the subject of a Notice of Intent to Revoke License dated September 24, 2013, alleging the licensee has not submitted to an annual mechanical inspection required to license Cab #2236 in violation of Saint Paul Legislative Code ยง 376.12(h)(1); and
WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Revoke License to bring Cab #2236 in for its annual inspection or request a public or administrative hearing; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Revoke License stated that if the licensee failed to bring Cab #2236 in for its annual inspection or request a public or administrative hearing by October 4, 2013, the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Taxicab Vehicle license for Cab #2236 held by Mark C. Redd d/b/a Town Taxi & Transportation is hereby revoked for failure to submit to an annual mechanical inspection.
