WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Richard Varberg to a Summary Abatement Order at 1466 COMO AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until November 5, 2013 to remove the lawn mowers/snow blowers from inside the garage and exterior yards; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter. grants until May 31, 2014 to remove the lawn mowers/snow blowers from inside the garage and exterior yards.
