Appeal of Dan Wagers to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 412 HOLLY AVENUE.
Purpose of Appeal
I had excess furniture and antiques stored in the house. The excess is now in storage. The exterior needs some repair to siding, some windows need screens, storms and glass. Please note: I was burglarized this summer and in doing so they broke 3 storm windows and 1 double hung glass and screen. On the interior they dumped my antiques, furniture, clothes, contents of cabinets and closets on the floor.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Dan Wagers to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 412 HOLLY AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
