Purpose of Appeal
Per Appellant's attachment, item number 15 is being appealled due to that particular space not being a rented portion of the building and is instead being used by the property owner for his own personal office. Also per Appellant's attachment, item number 16 is being appealled because he does not believe that the existing gate system causes any decreased egress access because it is only closed at the end of business. - (See attachment - KF)

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of R David Reynolds to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1246 UNIVERSITY AVENUE WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant extension until December 1, 2013 to remove the tank and Halon; grant extension until May 1, 2014 for removal of the pipes connecting to the Halon System; and grant an extension until September 24, 2013 to remove the security gate; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
