WHEREAS, the Auto Repair Garage license application submitted by Pronto Auto Repair, Inc. d/b/a Pronto Auto Repair (License ID #20130001947) for the premises located at 1054 Payne Avenue in Saint Paul was the subject of a Notice of Intent to Deny License dated September 12, 2013, stating the licensee's application was pending because he failed to submit information required to complete the application process; and
WHEREAS, the licensee was also required to bring the property at 1054 Payne Avenue into compliance with the zoning code and call for a re-inspection before a license could be issued; and
WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Deny License to submit the required information and call for a re-inspection of the property at 1054 Payne Avenue, request a hearing or withdraw his license application; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Deny License stated if the licensee failed to submit the required information and call for a re-inspection of the property at 1054 Payne Avenue, request a hearing or withdraw his license application by September 23, 2013, that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, Auto Repair Garage license application submitted by Pronto Auto Repair, Inc. d/b/a Pronto Auto Repair is hereby denied.
