Purpose of Appeal
On the 20th of Aug 2013 a Fire Marshall came and asked me to vacate the building for non compliance with the code. I am the tenant and that was the first time hearing about this. The house is a foreclosed house managed by Carrington and I signed a lease that would end Nov "13. I don't know where to go. All plans to move are for Nov "13. Am already trying to get the house to code then deal with company. All I need is time please.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Ogheueovoh Gbejeowoh to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 1148 MAGNOLIA AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension until November 30, 2013 for tenant(s) to vacate the property; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
