Title
Appeal of Marcia Lowry to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1859 SAINT CLAIR AVENUE.
Purpose of Appeal
I have recently divorced and am mother of two with no financial or logistical support at this time. 1) Property has been steadily and dramatically improved since purchase with appropriate prioritization for tenant safety and enjoyment. 2) Exterior work is completely non-essential at this time. Property is A grade and so I ask for this requirement to be dropped for five years. Items are on my list to do if funds are sufficiently available. I must keep expenditures to emergencies and safety hazards to stay financially afloat. I have spent over $4,000 on inspection and requirement in 2013 to date.
