Amending the financing and spending plans in the Department of Public Works in the amount of $61,000 for the second half of the University (CCLRT) above-standard lighting maintenance district and expansions of various other districts.
Body
WHEREAS, The Department of Public Works added the second half of University (CCLRT) above standard lighting maintenance district and expanded other various districts during 2013, and
WHEREAS, this addition and expansions of above standard lighting maintenance districts was not in the council adopted 2013 budget, and
WHEREAS, the revenues received from the addition and expansions of above standard lighting maintenance districts are in excess of the adopted 2013 budget, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation, funds of $61,000 in the Lighting Maintenance Assessment Districts Fund; so
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor that $61,000 is available for appropriation in the Lighting Maintenance Assessment Districts Fund, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the particulars as specified in the attached financial analysis.
