WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Richard Menz to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1905 WILSON AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until October 1, 2014 for the owner to discontinue the aquaculture use in Unit 104 by removing the fish and later removing the tanks themselves; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
