Purpose of Appeal

Due to my wife passing away and medical equipment needing to be on 24/7, the utilities have been shut off!  I am currently working with Ramsey Co. Emergency Asst. and House Calls to restore the utilities!

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Donald Klemmer to a Vacant Building Registration Notice and Summary Abatement Order at 1060 AVON STREET NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until Friday, September 13, 2013 for owner to have the power restored or DSI staff will take enforcement action on Monday, September 16, 2013; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
