Authorizing the Fire Department to enter into an agreement with the Minnesota State Agricultural Society to provide fire, emergency ambulance and paramedics service, and hazardous materials response to the State Fairgrounds.

RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute fire, emergency ambulance and paramedics service, and hazardous materials response contract with the Minnesota State Agricultural Society provided by the Saint Paul Fire Department; a copy of said agreement which includes an indemnification clause, is to be kept on file and of record in the Office of Financial Services.
