WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council File RES 13-1414 accepted the Report of Completion of Assessment for construction of a sanitary sewer connection as requested by the property owner at 1616 Point Douglas Road South in connection with the construction of a sanitary sewer service along Point Douglas Road South from Carver Avenue to the south city limits; and
WHEREAS, the City held a public hearing on October 16, 2013 to consider ratification of the Assessment Roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 76 of the Administrative Code, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
