Purpose of Appeal
I had corrected the items listed in the first visit, and then was cited for other things that had not been an issue the first visit. (Appellant feels that these inspections and orders are the result of having a racist/homophobic neighbor who does not approve of his friendships and is making complaints to start trouble - See attachment - KF)

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Daniel Simmer to a Summary Abatement Order and Vehicle Abatement Order at 2036 SHERWOOD AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until October 1, 2013 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
