Body

WHEREAS on August 7, 2013, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 13-63, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Trash Hauling Services from April 3 to 24, 2013. (File No. J1310G, Assessment No. 138710); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1744 University Avenue West, being described as:  Howard Park W 1/2 of Lot 20 And All of Lots 21 and Lot 22, with the property identification number 32-29-23-42-0012was assessed an amount of $140.00; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as owner has provided proof that he has trash hauling services in April 2013; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $140.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 13-63 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
