AMENDED 9/4/13

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 13-854 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean up on Private Properties during the time period of May 1 to June 4, 2013; and

WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on September 4, 2013 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:

RLH TA 13-462:  235 Albert Street South/1401 St. Clair Avenue;

RLH TA 13-461:  600 Charles Avenue;

RLH TA 13-467:  661 Dale Street North;

RLH TA 13-456:  1187 Forest Street;

RLH TA 13-465:  884 Geranium Avenue East;

RLH TA 13-538:  991 Hawthorne Avenue;

RLH TA 13-472:  953 Iglehart Avenue;

RLH TA 13-471:  0 Isabel Street East (PIN #08-28-22-21-0085);

RLH TA 13-464: 1736 Margaret Street;

RLH TA 13-458:  616 Maryland Avenue East;

RLH TA 13-466:  1683 Minnehaha Avenue East;

RLH TA 13-513:  1882 Minnehaha Avenue East;

RLH TA 13-533:  187-189 Robie Street West;

RLH TA 13-532:  273 Sherburne Avenue;

RLH TA 13-534:  1039 Third Street East; delete for separate consideration; continue the City Council Public Hearing to September 18, 2013;

RLH TA 13-469:  1344 Wheeler Street South; And, Be It

RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
