Appeal of Lorna Zoe Lentz to a Summary Abatement Order and Notice to Cut Tall Grass and/or Weeds at 1163 LANE PLACE.
Purpose of Appeal
On August 1, Inspector Hoffman inspected my property and told me I was compliant. Today I received an abatement order filed by Inspector Gavin saying that I am non-compliant. I wish to address the contradiction between the two.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Lorna Zoe Lentz to a Summary Abatement Order and Notice to Cut Tall Grass and/or Weeds at 1163 LANE PLACE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until September 15, 2013 to reduce the plants in the backyard in half. If in compliance, will grant until October 15, 2013 to come into compliance with the other half; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
