Appeal of John Wade to a Fence Permit Denial at 1540 IOWA AVENUE EAST.

Purpose of Appeal

We have had over $30,000 in damages and theft.  They have taken our other fence down to get in our yard.  It is not the whole fence, it is just a small section that we are asking for this appeal.

WHEREAS, in the matter of John Wade to Fence Permit Denial at 1540 Iowa Avenue East, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
