Ratifying the assessments for Demolition Services during April 2013. (File No. J1312C, Assessment No. 132013)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 13-803 accepted the Report of Completion for Demolition of Vacant, Nuisance and/or Hazardous Structures from the month of April 2013 (C.D.B.G. Funds); and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on August 21, 2013 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; And, Be It
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the assessment be payable in one (1) installment unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
