WHEREAS, adverse action was taken against all licenses held by Mounds Park Lounge, Inc. d/b/a Mounds Park Lounge (License ID #20100005268) for the premises located at 1067 Hudson Road in Saint Paul, by Notice of Intent to Suspend License dated July 16, 2013, stating the licensee failed to pay $4,884.00 in delinquent license and late fees; and
WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Suspend License to pay the $4,884.00 in delinquent license and late fees or request a hearing; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Suspend License stated that if the licensee failed to pay the $4,884.00 in delinquent license and late fees or request a hearing by July 30, 2013, that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, all licenses held by Mounds Park Lounge, Inc. d/b/a Mounds Park Lounge are hereby immediately suspended for failure to pay the $4,884.00 in delinquent license and late fees.
The licenses will remain suspended until the $4,884.00 in delinquent license and late fees are paid in full to the Department of Safety and Inspections.
