RESOLVED, that the rate of pay for the classification of Building Maintenance Supervisor-Police Department (formerly Building Maintenance Supervisor-Public Safety) be changed from that set forth in Grade 04U to that set forth in Grade 043 of Employee Group 10, the Manual and Maintenance Supervisors Salary Schedule, and be it  

FINALLY RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect and be in force on the first pay period following its passage and approval.
