WHEREAS on June 19, 2013, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 13-46, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Boarding and/or Securing services during February 2013. (File No. J1309B, Assessment No. 138109); and
WHEREAS, the property at 171 Arch Street, Apt. B, being described as: MOUNT AIRY HOMES ADDITION SUBJ TO HWY & ESMTS & VAC STS ACCRUING LOTS 18 & 19 & LOTS 23 THRU LOT 26 DEWEY BASS AND ROHRERS ADD & ALSO LOTS 11 THRU LOT 16 & LOT 21 BLK 17 & LOTS 4 THRU LOT 7 & LOT 14 & E 50 FT OF LOT 15 BLK 12 & LOTS 11 THRU LOT 16 BLK 7 ASHTON AND SHERBURNES ADD & ALSO EX PART LYING WLY & SLY OF A L DESC AS BEG ON NL OF LOT 1 BLK 7 AT PT 147 FT ELY OF NW COR OF SD LOT 1 TH SLY PAR TO WL LOT 1 FOR 144 FT TH ELY PAR TO NL LOT 1 FOR 177.13 FT TH SLY PAR TO WL TO CL OF VAC ST & THERE TERM; LOT 1 BLK MOUNT AIRY HOMES ADD, with the property identification number 31-29-22-12-0018 was assessed an amount of $505.60; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment since there is no police report relating to the emergency boarding; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $505.60, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 13-46 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
