Releasing easements on property owned by the Minnesota Safety Council within Lots 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29, Block 17 Mackubin and Marshall's Addition, to St. Paul, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota.

WHEREAS, a request has been received from the Minnesota Safety Council, Inc. for the release of easements for existing slopes, cuts and fills within its property located at 474 Concordia Avenue, Saint Paul, and legally described as:
Lots 25, 26 27, 28 and 29, Block 17 Mackubin and Marshall's Addition to St. Paul, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota
WHEREAS, the easement rights requested to be released are stated and depicted in recorded Ramsey County document number 462996, dated October 21, 1963; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Department of Public Works has determined that said easement, as it applies to the above property, may be released; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that with the accompanying Certificate of Intended Non-Use, filed voluntarily on behalf of the Department of Public Works for the City of Saint Paul and made a part hereof by this reference, the City for itself and on behalf of said Department, hereby waives all rights to the easement described above; and be it further
RESOLVED, that upon passage of this resolution and the City's receipt of a $300.00 administrative processing fee, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to record a copy of said resolution in the office of the Ramsey County Recorder, and that the City Clerk shall maintain on file a copy of the Certificate of Intended Non-Use referenced in this resolution.
