Amending Council File RLH AR 13-47 for Tree Removal Services from January to February 2013 for property at 795 PIERCE BUTLER ROUTE. (File No. 1305T, Assessment No. 139005).

WHEREAS on June 19, 2013, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 13-47, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Tree Removal Services from January to February 2013. (File No. 1305T, Assessment No. 139005); and
WHEREAS, the property at 795 Pierce Butler Route, being described as: Joseph R Weides Re Of Blk 3an E 17 5/1o Ft Of Lot 22 And W 22 2/1o Ft Of Lot 23 Blk 3, with the property identification number 26-29-23-43-0022 was assessed an amount of $1,274.53; and
WHEREAS, the owner, Jeanette Howey, did not appealed and; therefore, the assessment was ratified. Upon receiving the invoice, she contacted the Legislative Hearing Officer to request to have the payments spread over two (2) years; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer accepts the request; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that Council File No. RLH AR 13-47 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
