WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Loni LaBrocca to a Vacant Building Registration Notice and Summary Abatement Order at 715 LAFOND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until September 1, 2013 for items to come into compliance with the May 15, 2013 Fire Inspection Correction Notice, noting that if the items are not addressed by that date, the building should be referred to the vacant building program; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
