Authorizing the City to enter into a Cooperative Agreement, Agreement PW 2012-27, by and between the City and Ramsey County.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul (City) and Ramsey County (County) desire to install ADA compliant pedestrian curb ramps at the Maryland Avenue at Johnson Parkway intersection, and
WHEREAS, Maryland Avenue, in the area affected by reconstruction, is designated County State Aid Highway 31 and Johnson Parkway is designated Municipal State Aid Route 129 and are both in the City, and
WHEREAS, Ramsey County Agreement PW 2012-27 defines the responsibilities of Ramsey County and the City of St. Paul for implementation of the project; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter into Ramsey County Agreement PW 2012-27, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof, and be it further
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
