Amending Council File RLH FCO 13-66, adopted June 5, 2013, to grant an additional extension for Tin Cups, to a Re-inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy with Deficiencies at 1220 RICE STREET.

WHEREAS, on June 5, 2013, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH FCO 13-66, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to Tin Cups, to a Re-inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy with Deficiencies at 1220 Rice Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council grant a variance allowing the space to be used with only one exit, due to substantial decrease in usable floor area with the addition of the permanent serving area to be effectuated by July 15, 2013; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Owner is requesting additional extension for the compliance with the correction order; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting additional extension; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to September 1, 2013.
