WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Mrs. Ethel M. Nelson to a Correction Notice-Reinspection Complaint (includes condemnation of Unit 419) at 635 PHALEN BOULEVARD, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until  August 1, 2013 for 75% of the floor and height area to come into compliance by reducing the excessive accumulation of combustible materials in the house; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
