WHEREAS on June 19, 2013, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 13-45, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal Services during February 5 to March 11, 2013. (File No. J1308P, Assessment No. 138407); and
WHEREAS, the property at 845 University Avenue West, being described as: Hughes Midway Addition Tothe Vac Alley Adj & Sely 5 Ft Of Lot 12 & Nwly 10 Ft Of Lot 14 & All Of Lot 13, with the property identification number 33-29-23-24-0074 <tel:33-29-23-24-0074> was assessed an amount of $215.46; and
WHEREAS, GW Restaurant Holding LLC filed an appeal to delete the graffiti assessment as they indicated their asset company had removed the graffiti from the building and not the City; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff reviewed their file and indicated that they have no record of photos taken and recommends deleting the assessment; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation to the City Council; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $215.46, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 13-45 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
