WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 13-1007 accepted the Report of Completion for installing above standard street lighting on Maryland Avenue from Albemarle Street to Park Street; also,
The annual operation and maintenance assessment for the above project will be added to the Right-of-Way Maintenance Assessment invoice.
Preliminary Order: RES 10-347 Approved: 04/07/2010
Final Order: RES PH 10-408 Approved: 04/21/2010
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on August 21, 2013 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
