WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Judy Rude to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies at 1806 MONTANA AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension until September 15, 2013 to get the furnace replaced and the dryer duct permit signed-off and grant until July 15, 2013 for the remaining items; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
