Amending the financing and spending plans in the Department of Public Works in the amount of $9,605.03 for supplemental funding from Work Order #1 to MnDOT Agreement No. 03551.
Body
WHEREAS, MnDOT and the City of Saint Paul have entered into a Master Partnership Contract, MnDOT Agreement No. 03551 under the authority of RES 13-534; and
WHEREAS, MnDOT and the City of Saint Paul have entered into Work Order #1 under MnDOT Agreement No. 03551, a copy of which is attached for reference; and
WHEREAS, Work Order #1 authorized MnDOT financing with the state paying 50% of the local match of Accessible Pedestrian Signals for four intersections; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation, supplemental funds of $9,605.03 for the Capital Improvement budgets; so
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $9,605.03 supplemental funding is available for appropriation in the Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Capital Improvement Budgets in the following particulars:
