WHEREAS, in the matter of Jennifer Jahangiri, St. Paul Tobacco Room, to a Notice of Condemnation-Unfit for Human Habitation-Order to Vacate at 152 UNIVERSITY AVENUE WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal again to determine if scaffolding is operating successfully and building and roof repairs are underway and considered the testimony of both DSI staff and the appellant; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council (recommendation); Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
