Body

WHEREAS on June 5, 2013, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 13-44, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Trash Hauling Services from February 6 to 27, 2013.  (File No. J1308G, Assessment No. 138708); and

WHEREAS, the property at 557 Lawson Avenue East/1019 Edgerton Street, being described as: Fairview Addition Lot 7 Blk 9, with the property identification number 29-29-22-24-0099 was assessed an amount of $190.00; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as it was made in error; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $190.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 13-44 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
