WHEREAS, on November 20, 2012, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH FCO 12-594, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies for property at 613 Sherburne Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended that the City Council grant until July 1, 2013 for scraping and painting of the exterior of the house and garage; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension for the compliance of the scraping and painting on the garage and house order due to weather; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting until August 1, 2013; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted.
