Purpose of Appeal
The items to qualify for code compliance were completed/corrected 1 day later than last inspection by Mr. J. Hall.  Along with my responsibility/obligation to my mother's surgeries & care and with weather permitting, I've consistently made progress & finished and could afford to pay for reinspecton for code compl. for occupancy.  And wasn't offered that option.  And request that dept. to reinspect instead of continuing with the process at hand.  We have a buyer in position.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Michael R. Davis to a Vacant Building Registration Notice and Correction Notice at 305 EDMUND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the Vacant Building fee for 90 days to get Fire Certificate of Occupancy reinstated; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
