\WHEREAS on June 5, 2013, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File Nos. RLH AR 13-39 and RLH TA 13-287, said Resolutions being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Fees billed from July 9 to December 21, 2012. (File No. VB1308, Assessment No. 138811); and
WHEREAS, the property at 853 Conway Street, being described as: Stinsons Sub of B83 Lyman Day Lot 23 Blk 83, with the property identification number 33-29-22-23-0228 was assessed an amount of $1255.00; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended waiving the vacant building fee until July 10, 2013 and if the work is done, the fee will be reduced from $1255.00 to $625.00; and
WHEREAS, the Resolutions were passed on June 5, 2013 in error; and
WHEREAS, new assessment file numbers were given under File No. VB1308A, Assessment No. 138820; and
WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services should hold off on processing the fee until July 10, 2013; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that pursuant to Chapter 14 of the Saint Paul City Charter, said assessment is hereby laid over until July 10, 2013 approved and made payable in one year.
