WHEREAS, in the matter of Joe Landsberger to a Fence Permit Denial at 112 LEECH STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant 1) a 2-ft variance in height within 10 ft of the corner; 2) a 4-ft in height for the corner based on the spacing between the fence pickets; and 3) a up to a 4 foot variance in height for the gate; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
