Accounting adjustments to Neighborhood Year-Round STAR and Cultural STAR Program Funds.

Neighborhood STAR Year-Round Program funds are being moved into three (3) project specific codes to reflect City Council action adopted via Resolutions #13-808, #13-827 and #13-867.  Next, two (2) Neighborhood STAR Year-Round projects were completed under budget therefore balances are being returned to the Year-Round STAR Program.  Finally, two Cultural STAR Program awards are being consolidated into one (1) project specific code to reflect City Council action adopted via Resolutions #12-982 and #13-585.]
