WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul (City) and Ramsey County (County) desire to reconstruct and rebuild the intersection of Maryland Avenue at Arkwright Street; and
WHEREAS, Maryland Avenue, in the area affected by reconstruction, is designated County State Aid Highway 31 and is in the City; and
WHEREAS, Ramsey County Agreement PW 2012-32 defines the right of way acquisition, engineering, administrative, and cost participation responsibilities of Ramsey County and the City of Saint Paul for implementation of the project; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter into Ramsey County Agreement PW 2012-32, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
