Body

Be it resolved that upon proper execution and delivery of a settlement agreement and release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul's Fire Department's Tort Liability Fund, GL 001-05001-0511, the sum of twenty five thousand dollars and no cents ($25,000.00), to Dennis Montanari and Ronald F. Meuser, Meuser & Associates, PA, in full and final settlement of any and all claims relating to an Underinsured Motorist Claim as a result of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on or about March 17th, 2010, at or near the intersection of West 7th Street and St. Peter, Saint Paul, MN.
