WHEREAS, adverse action was taken against all licenses held by Thai Ginger Restaurant, Inc. d/b/a Thai Ginger (License ID #20080000932) for the premises located at 173 Robert Street South in Saint Paul, by Notice of Intent to Suspend Licenses dated June 11, 2013, alleging the licensee failed to pay delinquent Liquor On Sale - 100 Seats or less (Second Half) license and late fees of $3,316.00; and
WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Suspend Licenses to pay the delinquent license and late fees or request a hearing; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Suspend License stated that if the licensee failed to pay the delinquent license and late fees or request a hearing by June 21, 2013, that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, all licenses held by Thai Ginger Restaurant, Inc. d/b/a Thai Ginger are hereby suspended for failure to pay the $3,316.00 in delinquent license and late fees.
Licenses will remain suspended until the delinquent license and late fees are paid in full to the Department of Safety and Inspections.
