Authorizing the City to enter into a Cooperative Agreement, PW 2013-10, by and between the City and Ramsey County.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul (City) and Ramsey County (County) desire to perform concrete rehabilitation, concrete grinding, and pedestrian ramps and traffic signal improvements at various locations on Larpenteur Avenue in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, Larpenteur Avenue, in the area affected by reconstruction, is designated County State Aid Highway 30 and is in the City; and
WHEREAS, Ramsey County Agreement PW 2013-10 defines the engineering, administrative, and cost participation responsibilities of Ramsey County and the City of Saint Paul for implementation of the project; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter into Ramsey County Agreement PW 2013-10, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the agreement.
