Establishing the financing and spending plans in the Fire Department for a reimbursement from the City of Minneapolis in the amount of $20,133.63.
 
Body
WHEREAS, the Fire Department will be reimbursed by the City of Minneapolis for the costs associated with city employees attending Minnesota Task Force 1 Training at Camp Ripley February 28 through March 4, 2013, and
 
WHEREAS, the total cost of the training expenses are $20,133.63, and
 
WHEREAS, the financing and spending plans have not been established for the grant, and
 
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation of funds of $20,133.63 in excess of those estimated in the 2013 budget, and
 
WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends the following additions be made to the 2013 budget:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council approves the changes to the 2013 budget.
