Amending Council File RLH AR 13-27 and RLH TA 13-195 to delete the assessment for Trash Hauling Services from January 1 to 31, 2013 at 1269 EARL STREET.  (File No. J1307G, Assessment No. 138707)

Body

WHEREAS on May 1 and May 15, 2013, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 13-27 and RLH TA 13-195, said Resolutions being the Ratification of Assessment for Trash Hauling Services from January 1 to 31, 2013.  (File No. J1307G, Assessment No. 138707); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1269 Earl Street, being described as: Clapp thomssen Phalen Lot 32 Blk 2, with the property identification number 21-29-22-34-0085 was assessed an amount of $360.00; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as an error was made; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $360.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File Nos. RLH AR 13-27 and RLH TA 13-195 are hereby amended to reflect this change.
