WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Charles Nosie to a Notice of Condemnation-Unfit for Human Habitation-Order to Vacate at 1093 EUCLID STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and the property must be temporarily shored, under permit, prior to re-occupation and a permanent repair must be in place by June 10, 2013 to DSI's satisfaction or enforcement action will be taken, which could include the vacation of the building; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
