Purpose of Appeal
I am appealing Revocation of Fire C. of O. and Order to Vacate by May 15, 2013 @ 10 a.m. simply on the basis that deficiency list has been reduced from original 17 items down to currently seven. But one of these remaining seven items in particular may not be completed by May 15 reinspection date because sagging floor must be raised gradually. If not done, bldg. must be vacated? (Def. Llist item #1)

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Keith Whaley, on behalf of Brent Hauger, to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 1166 SEVENTH STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until June 7, 2013 for compliance or vacation of the premise; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
