Purpose of Appeal
I am appealing the insufficient openable dimensions of the second story bedroom windows.  These windows are original tto the home and can't be changed without significant alterations to the structure of the home.  The windows are located in a level of the home which will not be used at any time for daycare purposes.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Nicole Chessnoe to a Correction Notice - Child Care Inspection at 1611 CHAMBER STREET the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 4-inch variance on the openable height of the egress windows in the second story bedroom; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
