WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Leo Reck to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1070 MARGARET STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal on the ceiling height in the basement; the room must be vacated by June 14, 2013 and must not be used for future sleeping purposes; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
