Authorizing the proper city officials to enter into an agreement with Ramsey County for the engineering and reconstruction of the Maryland Avenue Bridge No. 62525.

WHEREAS, the City of St. Paul Department of Public Works is proposing to enter into an agreement with Ramsey County for the engineering and reconstruction of the westbound Maryland Avenue Bridge No. 62525 over the abandoned SOO Line Railway just east of Jackson Street, and
WHEREAS, Saint Paul Public Works is agreeing to provide design engineering and inspection services for the reconstruction of the bridge which is owned by Ramsey County, and
WHEREAS, the terms, conditions and responsibilities for the administration, design and construction inspection of the Maryland Avenue Bridge (No. 62525) Reconstruction are detailed in the agreement, so
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul to authorize the proper City officials to sign and execute the agreement between the City of Saint Paul and Ramsey County for the Engineering and Reconstruction of the Maryland Avenue Bridge (No. 62525) just east of Jackson Street.
